Samantha Shanks is headed to the State Track Meet at Western Heights this Friday and Saturday. She qualified in both the 100 & 200 meter dash. At Regionals Saturday she finished 2nd in the 200 and 3rd in the 100. Congratulations and good luck to Samantha!

Any 8th-11th grade student, who is interested in trying out for high school cheer, can sign up in Ms. Morton's classroom. Sign ups will be open until April 30th.
Sports physicals for the 2019-2020 school year will be Tuesday, May 7th, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the New Gym. If you have a child who is currently in 4th-11th grade and plans to play competitive sports (football, softball, basketball, baseball, or track) or be a cheerleader next year, he or she needs to pick up a physical form in my office. The cost for the physical is $5. Students in 5th or 6th grade who are only going to be in a general PE class, do not need a sports physical.
Congratulations to Webbers Falls senior Elizabeth Hammons for placing 1st in Occupational Food Innovations at the FCCLA State Contest. Elizabeth will compete in the National Competition in Anaheim, California, June 29 - July 1st. Good luck!!!

The Lady Warriors’ season comes to an end with a loss to Red Oak, 18-6. It has been a great year for these ladies, and a tremendous four-year run for our seniors. I am so proud of all of you!
