Congrats to our 2023-2024 homecoming court! If you'd like a homecoming shirt with all attendants' names, order forms went home on Thursday. You can pick up an extra from Mrs. Holt. We can't wait to see everyone in the parade and ceremony on Friday, October 13!

Saturday, September 16, this group got up early for a run at North Rock Creek. Cheyanne Herrier placed 1st and Bryson Priest placed 3rd. 7/10 earned PRs with Preston Shipley earning Warrior Champion of the Race for taking 2:35 off his mile time. 🎉🎉 Congratulations to all the runners.

Tuesday, Bently, Cheyanne, and Joseph all went to Inola for a race. They all set personal records and collectively shaved almost 4 minutes off their times. Congratulations!!
The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services is conducting an important survey on student behaviors and beliefs. The survey is called the Oklahoma Prevention Needs Assessment. This survey will be conducted on 10-16-2023 during English class. This survey will be given to the 6th, 8th, 10th, and 12th grade only. This survey will take about 45 minutes and is completely anonymous, confidential, and voluntary. A parent consent form will be sent home tomorrow. Please sign the consent form and return it to the school as soon as possible. If you have any concerns or questions about the survey, a sample of the survey can be viewed. Fastpitch Softball has been canceled for today.
And these runners did it again!! We ran in Henryetta Saturday morning. 8 ran for PRs and Bryson Priest and Cheyanne Herrier both placed 6th in their divisions. Jace Burris earned Champion of the Race for knocking 1:57 off his best mile time.
Cross Country traveled to Camp Gruber to race. 11 students set PRs and 5 elementary boys won medals. Bryson Priest came in 1st place. Skylar Powless was 2nd, Wyatt Chitty was 3rd, Kylar Carter was 4th, and Bryson Franco was 6th... and that was out of 90 runners from some BIG schools. Cayson Franco was champion of the day as he took 3 minutes and 12 seconds off his mile time!! So proud of all the runners!!
Football shirts are on sale until next Thursday the 14th. Order forms went home today, but we still have more if your student needs one. Turn in orders to Mrs. Holt.
