NEW Student Enrollment is Tue Aug 1st in the main office. You will need to bring birth certificate or Social Security card, shot records and previous school information.

The Parent P-EBT Review Form is available July 17th – July 28th, 2023, if you need assistance with P-EBT
for Summer 2023.
For Summer 2023, schoolchildren must meet three important eligibility requirements:
• Children must have been enrolled in a school district that participates in a federal meal program where meals are served at a school.
• Children must qualify for free or reduced-price meals based on income and have turned in the free or reduced-priced meal application to your children’s school for 2022-2023 by May 26th , 2023, or be enrolled in a school that participated in the Community Eligible Provision, Provision 2 or Provision 3 federal program in 2022-2023.
• Children must have been enrolled in a school district in May of 2023.
If you believe your child meets the above eligibility criteria and you did not receive your summer benefit by July 17th, 2023, please fill out the review form on the OSDE website by July 28th, 2023. Please submit a separate form for each student. Your school will have an opportunity to review your information. Only your child’s school can verify eligibility for P-EBT benefits. Any new benefits for Summer 2023 stemming from corrections will be disbursed by DHS in Fall 2023.

Cross country practice starts on July 31. It will be from 8 - 10 AM and open to students entering grades 3-12. Students MUST bring a water bottle and running shoes. Meet in Mrs. Johnson's room ready to run. Contact Mrs. Johnson for more information and RUN, RUN, RUN!!

Webbers Falls School is taking application for Part-time custodian and Bus Driver. The successful applicant will be required to have a valid CDL with a Bus Driver endorsement. This will be a 7 hour a day position. Please send support application to cjwhelan@webbersfalls.k12.ok.us
A reminder to all Webbers Falls student-athletes and parents.
The summertime OSSAA dead week period is July 1 - July 9, 2023. During this time, student-athletes cannot participate in school athletic activities.
• Secondary-level students enrolled or pre-enrolled students at a member school may not use any member school’s athletic facilities during the dead period in connection with any athletic activity governed by the OSSAA.
• Member school coaches, assistant coaches, and sponsors may not have any contact with secondary-level enrolled or pre-enrolled students in that member school in any athletic activity governed by the OSSAA for the purpose of coaching, training or instructing.

Free trips to the Movies! It's not too late to sign your child up for Webbers Falls Summer School. Along with an educational component we will be taking field trips to the movies. Summer school starts this coming Monday June 5th. School time is 8:30 to 1:30 Monday thru Thursday. June 5th - June 29th. Bus pickup and drop off is available. Breakfast and Lunch will be served.
